Lorna Pemberton, RN – Director of Nursing


Lorna Pemberton is the Director of Nursing for Regal Home Health and Care management as well as the Administrator for Regal Home Health in Broward County. In her capacity as D.O.N., she is responsible for the coordination of all medical and healthcare services required by clients whether chronically ill, recovering from surgery, elderly, cognitively impaired or in need of physical assistance. Lorna also handles all quality improvement initiatives for the company as well as federal and state compliance. 

Lorna is a Registered Nurse, with a depth and breadth of experience in the Home Health field as well as a hospital and medical facility environment. In addition to being a R.N., Lorna has a diploma in Psychiatric Nursing and Emergency Nursing, as well as certifications in I/V Therapy, Chemotherapy, Crisis Intervention, Patient Assessment and Restoration Nursing.

Lorna has worked closely with and serves as a resource to physicians and facilities, clinicians, estate and elder law attorneys, trust officers and guardians as well.  She shares with Regal patient care professionals and clinicians her professional perspective on their clients’ needs and works with clients’ families in arranging top notch services and worry free care for them. She acts as Care Manager and Patient Advocate.

Lorna is active in many professional associations such as the National Association for Home Care and Hospice to the Private Duty Homecare Association. She actively engages in Regal’s efforts to support the causes that reach Seniors and Elders. Lorna recently completed the 2015 Boca Raton Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
