Regal History, Vision and Mission

In 2003, Ferial André, RN, was unhappy with the care her clients were being given when referred to a different private duty nursing agency. Her passion for excellence and consistency of care drove her to start Regal, a private duty home health agency that would meet her high standards.

REGAL VISION: To consistently achieve client satisfaction providing services with “quality, integrity and compassion”.

REGAL MISSION: To provide the best possible private duty patient care services, exceeding all industry standards.

Fast forward a decade and the Regal Family of Companies now includes Regal Home Health, Regal Care Management and Regal Concierge. Together they provide the comprehensive services needed by a demanding and discerning clientele, whether chronically ill, recovering from surgery, elderly, or cognitively impaired or in need of physical assistance. Regal has earned a stellar reputation by going above and beyond industry standards whether caring for clients at home, in an assisted living facility, a rehab facility, or in a hospital. Our core priorities remain constant: a commitment to excellence in care and a shared vision of advocating for the client.

Ferial André is President and CEO of Regal. As a Registered Nurse, a Certified Case Manager, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner as well as a Certified Alzheimer Educator, she plays an active role in directing client services. Regal’s passion is to provide premium home health and care management services for individuals and families and works closely with and serves as a resource to not only physicians and facilities, but trust and estate attorneys, elder care lawyers, trust officers and guardians as well.

Regal Home Health is a state-licensed, nationally accredited home health agency – not a nurse registry, not a referral service. Regal clinicians, care managers, caregivers and home health aides seek to relieve the stress and uncertainty caused by aging, illness or injury with compassionate care and 24/7 access to services, advocacy and emotional support. All personnel must meet our strict requirements. Stringent hiring practices include extensive background and reference checks as well as careful scrutiny and selection by our management team. All Regal personnel are insured and bonded.

Regal accepts assignment of benefits from most long-term care insurance companies and can assist you in verifying and maximizing your benefits as well as understanding your Long Term Care policy.
